Scappoose Middle School Band is comprised of Beginning and Advanced Bands. Our MS Beginning Band is an exploratory instrumental music experience for beginner musicians, where instrument selections are established and basics of playing are learned. Our MS Advanced Band is for band students who already have previous band experience. Students perform at evening band concerts, festivals and competitions, as well as sporting events and marching parades. In and out-of-state band travel is a component of this class.
