Scappoose High School is excited to host WGI Regionals on Saturday, March 14, 2026 and we will need about 100 volunteers to make this event a success!

• We are looking for volunteers to help with setup on Friday evening (3/13/26) from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (or until setup is complete).

• We will need majority of volunteers on Saturday (3/14/26) to perform a variety of tasks (outlined in the SignUp below). This is an all-day event, running from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (or until cleanup is finished). Please note that the Saturday start and end times are subject to change; we will notify you if there are any updates.

Volunteer positions are open to everyone in the community, including all high school students. Students who need volunteer hours are encouraged to participate. High school students working toward lettering requirements are also welcome to volunteer. Middle school band students and their parents/guardians are invited to help as well.

All volunteers should report to the Volunteer Coordinator, Melissa Loupin, upon arrival at the high school to sign in.

The Scappoose Bands sincerely thank you for volunteering at this large-scale event. We couldn’t host such a major event without your support! Your volunteer hours will be credited to the Scappoose Band Fundraising Fund, helping support the band, purchase new instruments, and meet other program needs.
