The OMEA District 3 High SchoolBand Festival takes place at the Astoria High School on March 11, 2026 from 8am to 5pm. This all-day regional competitive event is organized by the OMEA for schools in the Northwestern Oregon region (WA County, Hillsboro, Tillamook, Clatsop, Columbia and Yamhill). Scappoose Wind Ensemble performances get adjudicated by professional judges and qualifying scores can be considered for the OSAA State Band Championships in May 2026. Transportation for students is provided.
